The No Limits Aurora Tour includes unlimited time and distance for aurora hunting, as well as professional photography services for capturing the northern lights. We provide expert guidance throughout the entire tour.
The duration of the Aurora Tour varies depending on how far we need to travel to reach clear skies and how long we need to wait for the auroras. Tours typically last between 5 and 12 hours.
With the Guaranteed ticket, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if we do not see the auroras. We are committed to providing the best possible chances to see the northern lights and will do everything we can to ensure a successful tour.
Yes, children are welcome on our tours. We ensure that the experience is enjoyable and safe for all age groups. Please inform us in advance if you have small children so we can accommodate your needs.
We recommend dressing warmly in layers, as temperatures can drop significantly. Warm winter clothing, gloves, and hats are essential.
We use local expertise, meteorological data, and real-time aurora forecasts to select the best location. The key is to be in the right place at the right time.
Yes, pick-up and drop-off from the city center (up to 10 km) are included in the ticket price. If you need pick-up from farther away, this can usually be arranged.

Our tours often cross the border into Sweden or Norway, so it is advisable to bring a form of identification with you.
The best time to see the northern lights in Lapland is typically September, October, February, March, and early April. During these months, weather conditions are often favorable, and aurora activity tends to increase around the equinoxes. Clear skies and high geomagnetic activity during these times offer the best chance to witness the spectacular northern lights.
Both are the same tour, but with different ticket types. The Guaranteed ticket offers a money-back guarantee if we do not find the auroras (no photo proof, no payment).
Generally, we do not provide food or drinks on our tours. We recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks, as No Limits Tours can sometimes extend for long periods. Bringing warm beverages, such as hot cocoa, can be pleasant and help you stay warm. Our focus is 110% on finding the northern lights, so no food or drink is provided on the tour.
Weather conditions can affect the tour’s feasibility. If the weather is so bad that the tour is unsafe or impractical, we will offer alternative dates or possibly a full refund if the alternative dates do not work for you.
We offer a unique combination of expert guidance, a high success rate, and flexible tours. Additionally, our “Guaranteed” ticket type ensures you get your money back if you do not see the auroras. This sets us apart from other providers and gives you peace of mind.
We recommend booking the tour for your first day of arrival to maximize your chances of seeing the northern lights. If weather conditions are unfavorable and we assess that the tour is not feasible, we can reschedule or offer alternative dates. This way, you ensure the best possible chance to experience the auroras.
