- Weather conditions: Tours may be rescheduled or replaced if weather prevents operation. Refunds or alternatives offered.
- Accessibility: Outdoor activities are not wheelchair accessible. City apartment has elevator.
- Group sizes: Northern Lights tour max 8 guests. Other activities may be shared unless booked privately.

- ਜੇਕਰ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ 1 ਦਿਨ ਜਾਂ ਘੱਟ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ 100% ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਲਵਾਂਗੇ।
- ਜੇਕਰ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ 7 ਦਿਨ ਜਾਂ ਘੱਟ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ 50% ਦੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਲਵਾਂਗੇ।
- ਜੇਕਰ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ 365 ਦਿਨ ਜਾਂ ਘੱਟ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ 10% ਦੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਲਵਾਂਗੇ।
