• Driving license: A valid car driving license is required to drive a snowmobile. Passengers can join without a license.
• Children: Children can usually join the activities, but age and height restrictions may apply, especially for snowmobiles. We do not provide infant seats.
• Clothing: Winter clothing is provided during activities. Please bring your own warm layers and suitable footwear for free time.
• Weather conditions: Weather and safety may affect activities. If we cancel, we offer alternatives or refunds.
• Accessibility: Outdoor activities generally do not suit wheelchairs. City accommodation includes elevator access.
• Group sizes: Northern Lights tour is a small group (max 8 guests). Other activities may be shared with small groups unless booked privately.
