This Private snowshoeing trip is for those who want to experience an arctic adventure in the snowy forest of Kuoksajärvi, Lapland. We will go about 30 minutes away from the city light pollution to our private hut and from there we’ll go on an adventure in the nearby forest.

A noter

We understand that most visitors might not have the right clothing for the snowy conditions and arctic climate. So, for your convenience as well as to guarantee maximum satisfaction and give you the best possible experience we will provide you with the above.

We also provide cozy beanies and mittens. Feel free to bring your own winter clothing but from past experience we highly recommend to use our high quality items.

The activity can be physically demanding. Remember to hydrate properly before we go!

This is a private experience. We will always tailor the experience and the route to suit your needs, so the length of the tour is up to you!

What do I need to bring?

We will always provide you with a set of thermal clothing.

However, on some days the thermal clothing may be a bit too hot when hiking, so if you own a set of warm hiking equipment, we recommend for you to use those instead.

We will always check that you have selected proper equipment and accessories before each trip to ensure an unforgettable experience!
